Hi, I’m Val! ♡

My name is Valeria, but everyone calls me Val. I’m a self-taught makeup artist with over 8 years of experience in the beauty industry. I have an incredible passion and drive for makeup, allowing me to express my creativity in so many different ways. Ever since I was young, I’ve been drawn to the world of beauty, and I’m so grateful to have turned that passion into my career.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, I began my journey in the makeup industry in 2018 at just 18 years old. At 19, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life, to leave my full-time job and defer university to pursue my dream of becoming a full-time makeup artist. I poured all of my time, energy, and heart into building the business I have today, and I haven’t looked back since.

I specialise in full glam makeup and absolutely love making my clients feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. Creating personalised looks for clients of all skin tones and celebrating their unique beauty is what inspires me every single day.

As my business continued to grow, so did my passion for learning. In 2021, I became a qualified brow technician, and in 2022 I launched the second chapter of my business by introducing brow services. I now specialise in brow laminations, tinting, hybrid dye, and waxing.

Wanting to continue expanding my knowledge and offer even more to my clients, I studied lash services in 2023. After countless hours of training and perfecting my technique, I proudly introduced lash lifts and lash dye to my service menu in 2024.

That same year, I also rebranded from Valeria Stojanoski Makeup to By Valeria Stojanoski, a brand that reflects not only makeup, but the complete beauty experience I strive to create for every client who walks through my studio doors.
